Summer Colors

I have been working as a freelancer on the design team on a well-known subscription box company.

This particular assignment was to craft options for a Summer color palettes to accompany the photoshoot which the team had already produced. I was encouraged to craft a palette from either the mood board of inspiration, or images from the shoot itself. The creative director expressed that we wanted to present a warm, inviting but subdued palette, similar to what one might see used by J. Crew or brands of a similar caliber.

I was one of two designers to work on this. The other designer produced three palettes, I produced two palettes. One of my palettes was selected as the final and will be the colors used for all of the communications that the company produces in its Summer Campaign.

The image is in black and white because this project contains proprietary intellectual property. The campaign has not yet been released.
