HairToyz

As a freelance production manager I have been working with the founder of HairToyz to get her prototypes made into production samples. I independently sourced several factories in China, collected bids, sent in the product tech pack, and maintained regular communication with the factories to produce samples.

While in Berlin, I’ve continued to coordinate between my client in Los Angeles and the factories in China. I have ordered two rounds of samples, delivered client feedback to the factory, and arranged shipments and production spec adjustments.

We are in the final stage of revisions for the first set of production samples and then the order will be placed for the first round of production. Once production has been approved and submitted I will be focusing on the broader roles of project management, strategy and campaign content creation to assist in the launch of the brand.

Included below is the mood-board I created for our upcoming photoshoot, an example ad I made using the company’s current tag line and an image made on Midjourney AI, a promotional tote bag that I have created, and the product render featuring my suggested branded tag placement.
